I didn’t grow up with confidence. Through my childhood, teens, and early twenties, I often felt like I was on the outside looking in—craving love, connection, and belonging. I wanted to be loved and to feel secure in my relationships, but time and time again, I found myself in toxic patterns—accepting less than I deserved, silencing my voice, and mistaking chaos for love and friendships. I always excelled academically and in my career but inside something felt empty.
The truth is, I didn’t believe I was worthy. And that lack of confidence showed up everywhere—in the way I spoke to myself, the boundaries I didn’t set, the partners I chose, my friendships and the love I kept chasing outside of myself.
I reached a breaking point. I knew I couldn’t keep living that way if I wanted to live the life I dreamed of. So I began doing the inner work: digging deep, confronting my past, healing old wounds, learning to forgive, and—most importantly—learning how to love myself fully. It wasn’t an overnight transformation, but step by step, I rebuilt my confidence from the inside out. Now, I’ve found the kind of love I used to dream about—not just in my relationship and friendships but within myself.
The journey led me to become a certified life coach. Not because I had it all figured out, but because I finally found what works—and I wanted to share it. From a place of deep passion and purpose, I’ve made it my mission to help others break free from the same cycles I once felt trapped in. I help others find lasting confidence, deep self-love, and the kind of meaningful, healthy relationship and friendships that reflect their true worth.
